Tuesday 10th October (morning)
We will be here to talk to you about your experience of accessing the services offered by Severnside Medical Practice.
Our trained volunteers will be talking to patients, carers and staff.
After our visit we will use your feedback to produce a report with any recommendations for those who provide services.
All reports will be published on our website.
