All practice staff have the right to work without the threat of any form of abuse or violence. Any patient who is rude or mildly abusive may be given a yellow card, further incidents will result in a red card, with the patient being removed from the practice list.

Serious incidents will result in an immediate red card with the patient being removed from the practice list, the patient may also face police charges.
