How to make an appointment?

You can make an appointment via the following ways:

• By visiting Appointments. Your request will be assessed and assigned to the best person to help you with your concern.
• Booking an appointment via SystmOnline. You will need to be registered for our online services. Please complete our Register for Online Services form to use this option.
• By calling the practice on 01452 891110.

The practice makes every effort to see urgent cases on the same day. Requests for routine appointments are offered 2 working days in advance (you need to call the surgery at 08:00 when the phone lines open for the best chance of booking an appointment). You can make an appointment with any doctor at the practice.  Currently, due to Covid-19, you will initially be given a telephone appointment; a- clinician will call you and book you a face to face appointment if required.

Sometimes you will not be able to see the doctor of your choice at the time you want, however another doctor in the practice would be pleased to see you if he/she has appointments available.

Weekday early morning and evening appointments are offered here or nearby. Please contact the practice for appointment availability.

Cancelling An Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, this may enable someone else to be seen.

You can cancel your appointment in any of the following ways:

• Using our Cancel an Appointment Triage.
• Via SystmOnline.
• By calling the practice, please visit our Contact Us page.
